To make a payment with 快速支付, you’ll need your Patelco Member Number (which can be found on your monthly statement), and the routing number and account number from the bank account you wish to use.
No. 快速支付 is separate from Patelco在线™ and does not require a username or password. Each time you use 快速支付, you will need to verify your identity by inputting your Patelco Member Number and the last four digits of the Social Security Number of the primary account holder on your loan.
快速支付 is available for quick same-day 在线 支付 only. If you want to make 在线 支付 in advance or set up automatic 支付 on your loan, we recommend using Patelco在线™ 或者是 Patelco 手机应用程序.

Make sure to include your Member Number and 2-digit loan suffix when sending your payment by mail. These numbers are on your monthly statement – find them now by signing in to 在线 banking, 上空盘旋 账户 in the main menu, and 然后选择 语句 & 文档.
If you have a Patelco mortgage or HELOC and want to close it, you can easily pay off your loan within 在线 banking (after which we’ll close it). You can also pay down your HELOC to a zero balance and keep it open. Simply log in and hover over 转移 & 支付 in the main menu, and then tap or click on 抵押贷款支付. Then select the account you’d like to make a payment from and the loan account you’d like to pay off. (If the account is a HELOC, we’ll also show an option for paying it down to zero, 保持开放, versus paying it off and closing the account.)
